Extensive experience in software development, including building backend services in a professional environment
Deep and expert knowledge of software design patterns, API design, and the software development lifecycle
Proven ability to influence technical direction and make significant contributions to the architecture of complex, distributed systems that handle data at scale
Understanding of REST, service-based architecture, and distributed systems
A rapid learner with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
A curious person, who enjoys digging deep into requirements and handling complexity
Track record of amplifying your impact by mentoring other engineers and collaborating effectively within a team of senior peers
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience building services with Java, SQL and AWS
Demonstrable knowledge of using AI in a professional engineering environment

Experience with Elasticsearch is a nice-to-have
Interest or experience in the financial industry or wealth management in particular
