Responsibilities
- Direct the creation and implementation of media plans while managing client communication and leading platform training sessions.
- Leverage understanding of client goals and teamwork abilities to recognize and act on service improvements alongside internal departments.
- Enhance junior staff capabilities by consistently sharing expertise and modeling effective methods.
- Take full responsibility for media strategy, campaign setup, execution, and continuous management, including quality assurance processes.
- Establish strong client relationships by managing communications, addressing inquiries, reviewing requests, and resolving platform or campaign issues.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks for clients and internal projects, while proactively guiding less experienced colleagues.
- Engage with peers to gather insights from both internal teams and external partners.
- Understand the specific goals and expectations of stakeholders, build trust through clear communication, and contribute to improving overall client satisfaction.
- Manage advertising execution across Programmatic, Social, and Search platforms, including DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
- Apply internal systems such as Slack, GSuite, Salesforce, and Workday to support daily operations and task delivery.
- Stay informed about organizational developments and digital advertising industry changes to identify ways to strengthen client offerings.
