About the Role

This role involves partnering with clients to understand their security operations challenges and designing tailored solutions that align with their business goals. The consultant will assess current capabilities, recommend improvements, and support implementation of integrated platforms to strengthen security posture.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to identify security operations requirements and pain points
  • Design end-to-end solutions that enhance threat detection, investigation, and response
  • Demonstrate platform capabilities to stakeholders through tailored presentations
  • Translate technical features into measurable business outcomes
  • Support sales teams with subject matter expertise during client engagements
  • Develop proof-of-concept environments to validate solution approaches
  • Guide clients through platform configuration and best practices
  • Analyze existing security workflows to recommend process optimizations
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Present at industry events and customer forums to showcase use cases
  • Stay current with evolving cybersecurity threats and technologies
  • Collaborate with product teams to share client feedback and market insights
  • Ensure alignment between client objectives and technical implementation
  • Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
  • Provide input on solution scalability and operational impact

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud security operations and hybrid environments
  • Knowledge of identity threat detection and response solutions
  • Background in managed security services or MSSP environments
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools
  • Prior work with large-scale enterprise clients
