Rula is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to join our Provider Experience team. You will develop tools that simplify life for therapists and reduce administrative burdens, allowing them to focus on patient care. What You'll Do

Develop tools and experiences to alleviate administrative burdens for providers (therapists).
Create intuitive user experiences to boost provider productivity.
Develop backend services for securely storing highly-compliant PHI data.
Implement complex workflow automations to support clinical operations.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of professional software engineering experience building modern web applications.
2+ years of production experience with React & TypeScript.
Experience leading large frontend projects: designing, planning, estimating, work breakdown, collaboration with multiple engineers, releasing.
Ability to operate full-stack.
Passion for engineering quality.

Nice to Have

Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
Healthcare (or other regulated industry) experience.
Strong collaboration & communication skills.
Strong sense of end-to-end user-centric engineering.
Previous experience / passion for mentoring other engineers.
