Responsibilities
- Design and maintain backend systems using Scala with Kubernetes for container management
- Build and manage scalable, highly available backend applications in Kubernetes environments
- Enhance and evolve a microservices-based architecture to support trading systems
- Develop distributed systems that meet strict performance and latency requirements
- Implement real-time monitoring and logging to track system health and performance
- Connect backend platforms with multiple market data sources for accurate trading inputs
- Work with frontend developers, designers, and engineers to deliver complete trading solutions
- Produce and update technical documentation for systems, configurations, and deployments
- Partner with project managers to support timely delivery of engineering initiatives
Compensation
Bonus based 50% on individual performance and 50% on company or team results; 401K plan with 3.5% employer match via ADP
