Responsibilities
- Create and implement new features for the mass communications product
- Gain in-depth understanding of the platform, internal tools, and customer use cases
- Leverage AI-powered development tools including Claude, Cursor, and other emerging platforms to enhance coding, troubleshooting, documentation, and efficiency
- Collaborate in an Agile workflow using version control, issue tracking, CI/CD, and team communication tools
- Help maintain technological leadership by developing innovative solutions and proposing new technical strategies
- Communicate effectively in writing and speech with engineering and product colleagues
- Support and contribute to company culture, core values, and long-term vision
