Responsibilities

Track system performance, application stability, and infrastructure metrics using monitoring and logging tools, and take proactive steps to improve availability and efficiency
Serve in on-call rotations to ensure production system uptime and respond to escalated customer issues
Manage deployment of software updates, hotfixes, and infrastructure maintenance tasks
Lead incident management, including root cause investigation, resolution, corrective actions, and post-mortem documentation
Enforce security standards and controls in cloud environments to safeguard systems and data, ensuring compliance with regulations
Advance reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency through automation and adoption of modern technologies
