About the Role

This role is responsible for managing and scaling professional services within commercial customer engagements, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing value realization through leadership and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of services for commercial clients to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to align service offerings with customer needs
  • Oversee project scoping, resource allocation, and financial performance of service engagements
  • Drive adoption and expansion of platform capabilities through customer enablement
  • Monitor key performance indicators and service delivery metrics across the portfolio
  • Manage executive-level communications and customer success reviews
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across project lifecycles
  • Support change management and organizational readiness for customer deployments
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solution design meets business requirements
  • Maintain compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements
  • Develop best practices and standardized approaches for service delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of service methodologies and tools
  • Lead post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer between teams and across regions
  • Support revenue growth through customer retention and expansion opportunities
  • Ensure alignment with customer business objectives throughout the engagement lifecycle
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent projects
  • Provide input into service delivery strategy and operational planning
  • Work closely with delivery managers to maintain resource capacity and utilization goals
