About the Role
This role is responsible for managing and scaling professional services within commercial customer engagements, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing value realization through leadership and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of services for commercial clients to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to align service offerings with customer needs
- Oversee project scoping, resource allocation, and financial performance of service engagements
- Drive adoption and expansion of platform capabilities through customer enablement
- Monitor key performance indicators and service delivery metrics across the portfolio
- Manage executive-level communications and customer success reviews
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across project lifecycles
- Support change management and organizational readiness for customer deployments
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solution design meets business requirements
- Maintain compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements
- Develop best practices and standardized approaches for service delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service methodologies and tools
- Lead post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes and customer satisfaction
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between teams and across regions

- Ensure alignment with customer business objectives throughout the engagement lifecycle
