About the Role
This role leads commercial services engagements, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction through strategic oversight and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial services projects for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to define service offerings and scope proposals
- Manage client expectations and ensure alignment with project goals
- Oversee resource allocation and project timelines to maintain delivery quality
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycle
- Drive adoption of best practices in service delivery and client engagement
- Serve as primary point of contact for key stakeholders during project execution
- Monitor financial performance of service engagements and report on metrics
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Support change management processes to ensure smooth transitions
- Develop client success plans tailored to specific business needs
- Conduct regular status reviews with internal and external teams
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements
- Leverage feedback to improve service delivery processes
- Promote continuous improvement across service offerings
- Coordinate with delivery managers to maintain project momentum
- Escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary
- Maintain documentation for project plans and client interactions

Nice to Have

- Experience in regulated industries such as finance or healthcare
- Fluency in multiple languages
