About the Role

This role leads commercial services engagements, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction through strategic oversight and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial services projects for enterprise clients
  • Collaborate with sales teams to define service offerings and scope proposals
  • Manage client expectations and ensure alignment with project goals
  • Oversee resource allocation and project timelines to maintain delivery quality
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycle
  • Drive adoption of best practices in service delivery and client engagement
  • Serve as primary point of contact for key stakeholders during project execution
  • Monitor financial performance of service engagements and report on metrics
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Support change management processes to ensure smooth transitions
  • Develop client success plans tailored to specific business needs
  • Conduct regular status reviews with internal and external teams
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements
  • Leverage feedback to improve service delivery processes
  • Promote continuous improvement across service offerings
  • Coordinate with delivery managers to maintain project momentum
  • Escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary
  • Maintain documentation for project plans and client interactions
  • Drive post-engagement reviews to capture lessons learned
  • Support knowledge transfer between teams and clients
  • Advocate for client needs within the organization
  • Align service delivery with overall client business objectives
  • Utilize data to inform decision-making and performance tracking
  • Foster strong working relationships across departments
  • Ensure consistent application of methodologies across engagements

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in business administration or related discipline
  • PMP or other project management certification
  • Certification in IT service management frameworks
  • Experience in cloud-based technology implementations
  • Background in digital transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methods
  • Prior work in a global services organization
  • Knowledge of SaaS platforms and enterprise workflows
  • Experience in regulated industries such as finance or healthcare
  • Fluency in multiple languages
