Paired is looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead our efforts in finding and attracting the best talent in the industry. In this role, you will execute recruitment strategies, identify top talent, work closely with clients to identify hiring needs, and provide a pipeline of qualified candidates.
What You'll Do
- Headhunt for Manager and Above positions across multiple industries with a focus on the LATAM region.
- Develop sophisticated Boolean search strategies to identify and engage passive executive candidates.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with executive talent through strategic networking.
- Partner with clients to understand leadership requirements and organizational culture for precise candidate matching.
- Manage the full-cycle executive recruitment process from identification through offer negotiation.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, Stack Overflow, and other specialized platforms to identify technical leadership talent.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience recruiting for US-based companies, ideally at a staffing agency, focusing on Business, Marketing, and E-commerce roles.
- Experience managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offering.
- Proficient in Boolean Search and Outreach techniques.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
