This role involves owning the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and closing, while ensuring alignment with team goals and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for various departments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and hiring criteria
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies
- Identify passive candidates through research and outreach
- Conduct candidate assessments and initial interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process
- Deliver a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Evaluate recruitment metrics to improve processes
- Represent the organization at networking and career events
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion in hiring practices
- Communicate hiring updates to stakeholders
- Negotiate offers and support onboarding
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
- Provide market insights to hiring teams
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Align recruitment strategies with business objectives
