What You'll Do
Take end-to-end responsibility for the development and implementation of new front-end wafer process technologies across global foundry sites. Lead cross-functional, multi-site teams to ensure timely and successful technology enablement aligned with product requirements.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring all phases from initiation to completion are executed with precision. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and coordinate closely with external partners to meet technical and business objectives.
Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and maintain accountability across teams. Proactively identify technical and operational risks, then lead the development and implementation of mitigation strategies. Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and external customers, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Requirements
- Proven background in project or program management, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with foundry processes, equipment, and technology integration
- Solid understanding of semiconductor fabrication workflows and process flow interactions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with design teams and interpret product design requirements in the context of process development
