Responsibilities

- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
- Facilitate design coordination and preconstruction planning
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout construction
- Report project status to senior leadership
- Support estimating and bidding processes
- Promote collaboration between engineering, procurement, and field teams
- Drive schedule adherence and critical path management
- Implement project management best practices
- Serve as primary point of contact for client representatives
- Review technical submittals and shop drawings
- Manage closeout documentation and warranty processes
- Foster a culture of safety and accountability on site
- Utilize project management software for tracking and reporting
- Support continuous improvement in project execution
- Ensure adherence to environmental and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate commissioning and startup activities
- Mentor junior project staff and team members
