Responsibilities
- Establish and sustain relationships with internal teams, external clients, and industry partners to collect insights, align goals, and gain support for strategic efforts. Serve as the primary point of contact for local UAE collaborations, including supplier coordination, testing entities, facility setup, and customer interactions. Relay outcomes such as cost projections, timelines, resource needs, risks, and opportunities to internal teams.
- Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams by managing dependencies, removing obstacles, and accelerating progress on shared initiatives. Work closely with team leads to ensure unified vision and smooth transition from development through production, including testing phases.
- Ensure technical success by deeply understanding system performance. Partner with engineering leads to manage risks and opportunities, use data to identify improvement areas, measure impact of investments, and maintain a clear view of system status for customer communication.
- Operate independently to deliver results on broad or unclear requirements from external clients. Take full ownership of tasks and become a reliable partner to engineering teams.
- Assist in creating technical proposals by helping define project scope, estimate effort, and evaluate alignment with organizational capabilities and long-term strategy.
- Turn strategic business objectives into executable plans with defined milestones. Lead initiatives from start to finish, ensuring they meet goals and deliver value. Manage UAE-based allocation of staff, budget, and resources for successful outcomes.
