Responsibilities
- Evaluate market potential across professional audiovisual sectors including corporate, education, hospitality, entertainment, live events, and broadcast environments
- Monitor advancements in AV-over-IP protocols, media transport technologies, deployment strategies, and system integrator workflows
- Stay current with technical standards such as multicast networking, quality of service, IGMP, PTP, VLANs, SMPTE/ST 2110, Dante, NDI, SDVoE, AES67, and evolving AV-over-IP ecosystems
- Develop detailed profiles of key decision-makers and influencers including system integrators, consultants, engineers, and hybrid IT/AV teams
- Identify common challenges in AV deployments and clearly communicate how solutions address them
- Craft product positioning tailored to the language and needs of AV professionals
- Convert advanced networking and AV technologies into clear customer benefits and implementation outcomes
- Build messaging architectures with core themes, supporting evidence, and real-world deployment examples
- Clearly distinguish enterprise AV offerings from competing alternatives
- Ensure AV messaging is aligned with yet distinct from broader IT networking narratives
- Integrate switches, management platforms, configuration profiles, and AV-optimized features into unified solution narratives
- Explain how AV products fit within comprehensive AV and broadcast system designs and operational workflows
- Break down complex AV networking concepts into accessible, consistent messaging
- Produce content for customers and sales teams including solution summaries, infographics, application guides, competitive analyses, FAQs, and videos
- Develop content based on industry-specific use cases and operational workloads
- Lead messaging and positioning for AV product launches
- Collaborate with project management to deliver new product introduction materials
- Produce launch assets specific to AV applications such as solution briefs, implementation guides, FAQs, and sales enablement tools
- Support engagement with industry analysts, trade shows, webinars, and key events
- Provide market and integrator insights to guide product roadmap and feature development
- Turn technical capabilities into value propositions relevant to AV and broadcast use cases
- Work with public relations and communications teams to develop industry-specific messaging and story angles
- Empower sales and technology partners with clear, effective narratives that shorten sales cycles
