Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken Wallet, aligned to customer needs and company goals
Own the wallet experience end-to-end, from onboarding and asset management to DeFi, payments, and onchain interactions
Design and deliver seamless wallet experiences by abstracting complex on-chain functionality into simple, user-friendly products
Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, and Operations to deliver high-impact features
Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration
Identify opportunities to improve wallet adoption, activation, retention, and engagement
Stay close to wallet, DeFi, stablecoin, and onchain ecosystem trends to inform product direction
Partner with internal teams and external ecosystem partners to evaluate integrations and expand wallet capabilities
Define and own key product metrics, using data and experimentation to drive continuous improvement
Help establish Kraken Wallet as the preferred gateway to the onchain economy through secure, intuitive, and innovative user experiences

Macro-to-micro versatility: the ability to hold and defend a strategic view while staying close enough to the detail to make good product decisions
Well-rounded interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly across diverse, distributed teams

4+ years of product management experience with a clear track record of shipping meaningful consumer-facing products
