Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and delivery for an AI-first solution by grounding decisions in user research, prioritization, and fundamental reasoning.
- Deliver features in stages with intention, treating AI components as iterative experiments—starting small, measuring results, learning, and improving without waiting for perfection.
- Focus intensely on user needs and real-world outcomes—ensuring AI integration delivers tangible improvements in speed, clarity, or confidence over non-AI alternatives.
- Define and track meaningful success metrics that reflect user priorities such as task efficiency, decision confidence, accuracy, trust, and ease of use—not just technical model benchmarks.
- Create reusable guidelines and best practices to enable other teams to build effective AI-powered features across the organization.
- Collaborate deeply with engineering, design, and data science teams, ensuring decisions consider both feasibility and ethical or strategic implications.
- Partner with go-to-market teams to shape product positioning, messaging, and tools for sales and customer success, clearly communicating capabilities and limitations.
- Thrive in uncertain environments with high autonomy and help guide others to do the same through structured thinking and clear communication.
- Support the growth and development of other product managers through mentorship and shared learning.
- Actively use AI tools in daily workflows and apply firsthand insights about usability, constraints, and opportunities to inform product direction.
