Required Skills:
Functional and technical knowledge on TAX IRMS - Advantage Revenue Application [Amnesty Module]
Expert knowledge of PowerBuilder 11 or above.
Expert knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and stored procedures
Expert Knowledge on Three Tier Architecture
Demonstrated strong ability to analyze and code complex Business Objects reports
Desired Skills:
Expert knowledge on API integration and creating Web service calls in PowerBuilder
