Job Description - Support MRP execution based on the demand plan, PO creation, receive OC, ensure vendor OTD, check shipment discrepancy. 根据需求计划支持物料需求计划（MRP）执行，负责采购订单创建、接收订单确认，确保供应商准时交付率（OTD），核对到货货差异。 - PO adjustment, lead time monitoring, shipment tracking, and escalate issues when needed, to meet inquiry on delivery schedule. Support daily coordination activities for deliveries. 采购订单调整、采购周期监控、发货跟踪，必要时升级问题，以满足交付进度查询需求；支持日常交付协调工作。 - Track inventory levels, reduce/eliminate slow mover/no mover. 跟踪库存水平，减少 / 消除呆滞及不动库存。 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and continuously improve output (purchase plan, pre-alert and take action if needed). 与跨部门团队协作，明确需求并持续优化输出（采购计划、预通知等），必要时采取改进措施。 - Monitoring log costs (mainly air freight costs). Clear GRIR and apply PPV. 监控物流成本（主要为空运费），清理 GRIR（货到票未到 / 票到货未到）并处理采购差异（PPV）。 - SCMo for overseas parts delivery lead time reducing. 负责海外件交付周期的缩短工作（SCMo ）。 - Participate in project meetings and prepare updates; help identify material risks and report as required. 参与项目会议并准备进度更新，协助识别物料风险并按要求上报.
