Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for partner clients, overseeing both operational execution and strategic direction throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Safeguard internal team capacity by identifying scope deviations, unfeasible deadlines, or unauthorized requests early and resolving them proactively.
- Bridge communication between external partners and internal development teams to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration.
- Enforce accountability for tasks and deliverables across both client and internal teams.
- Analyze campaign performance mid-way and after completion to generate actionable insights for clients.
- Transform data and findings into clear, professional presentation materials for external stakeholders.
- Present results from both quantitative and qualitative campaign evaluations to clients and partners.
- Monitor project adherence to internal workflows and scheduled timelines.
- Develop and refine internal partnership processes, creating reusable systems for pitching, approvals, and reporting.
- Lead creative development for brand integrations and market launches, crafting engaging and partner-specific experiences.
- Support the deployment of new offerings and packages to sales partners and clients.
- Design customized, persuasive pitch decks and client-facing content aligned with each brand’s goals and audience.
- Help uncover new collaboration opportunities with emerging and established brands.
- Manage client renewals and upsell initiatives, using proactive account strategies to drive continued growth.
