Responsibilities
- Lead the advancement of C# .NET and SQL Server applications by driving technical improvements and architectural evolution.
- Improve performance and efficiency of complex T-SQL stored procedures that support essential business operations.
- Strengthen Windows Services and background job systems that interface with external hardware components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve live production issues in on-premises environments while maintaining uninterrupted service.
- Identify and implement paths to modernize outdated systems into scalable, future-ready architectures.
- Engage with emerging Agentic AI and AI-driven software development practices to stay at the forefront of engineering innovation.
