Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with account stakeholders and gather competitive intelligence for assigned accounts.
- Assume full accountability for revenue generation.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to maintain awareness of profit and loss.
- Organize sales meetings and quarterly business review presentations.
- Collaborate with the customer on assortment management, including mix, SKU count, and ranking.
- Direct all account activities, including strategy, relationships, contract management, and program management.
- Identify new revenue streams, projects, and products to foster growth.
- Oversee retail, online, reseller, and vertical channel strategies based on the assigned account.
- Support accounts payable management.
- Oversee forecasting and demand planning inputs with team support or independently.
- Manage seasonal planning and new product introduction replenishment forecast planning.
- Handle MDF funding buckets and negotiate MDF programs with the assigned account.
- Oversee seasonal planning and execution of marketing and MDF initiatives.
- Take responsibility for profit and loss inputs.
- Oversee event planning with internal teams, shopper marketing, and channel marketing.
- Develop account-specific or channel-specific promotions.
- Manage investment and return on investment expectations.
- Work with OPP to evaluate the effectiveness of promotional investments.
- Oversee the creation of awareness campaigns, retail and reseller training resources, and their implementation.
- Oversee account, channel, or vertical-specific training.
- Attend meetings, check-ins, and provide updates as required.
- Partner with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives.
- Manage contracts.
- Support and maintain a positive safety culture by adhering to all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least six years of experience managing sales account activity.
- Experience managing Walmart account activity.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Compensation
Total target compensation is 70% base salary and 30% at-risk pay through the Variable Incentive Program - Sales Incentive.
Work Arrangement
On-site with up to 50% travel to Otter Products and Walmart locations.
Team
Reports to sales leadership and partners with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations.
