Responsibilities
- Lead cross-team initiatives to enhance sales team effectiveness, focusing on operational efficiency and improving metrics like ARR growth, win rates, and ACV.
- Ensure strong alignment on projects with Sales Managers and the VP of Sales.
- Collaborate with the VP of Revenue Operations on quarterly plans and team updates to clarify priorities and the value of ongoing work across partner teams.
- Work with sales leadership, analytics, and the VP of Revenue Operations to deliver insights that boost business performance.
- Manage sales forecasting, quota setting, and pipeline processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
- Implement and oversee sales metrics, dashboards, and reporting to maintain clarity on reports used across teams.
- Develop and track key performance indicators to assess sales strategy effectiveness and guide future actions.
- Partner with the GTM Systems & Tools Manager and VP of Revenue Operations to optimize tools, systems, and processes for sales team performance.
- Oversee reactive sales requests and ad hoc reports alongside the Revenue Operations Specialist.
- Manage full-cycle sales territory management, including process documentation, mid-year and annual account assignments, and escalation of ROE issues to the VP of Sales and VP of Revenue Operations.
- Identify sales process bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with enablement to standardize workflows, documentation, and training that support operational excellence.
- Anticipate leadership needs and proactively provide insights and recommendations for performance improvement.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in sales operations or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience across multiple company growth stages (startup, $10M-$50M, $50M-$100M, $100M+).
- Proven success in scaling and optimizing go-to-market processes in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Experience managing sales operations teams.
- Strong grasp of go-to-market strategies, including alignment of sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Ability to create and execute scalable operational frameworks that drive revenue growth.
- Skilled in managing complex projects and driving operational change across multiple teams.
- Core understanding of go-to-market tech stack tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Lean Data, ZoomInfo, Nooks, Spekit, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, and Atrium.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Proactively incorporate AI tools into daily work to improve productivity and accelerate delivery.

Compensation
Total compensation includes base salary and a quarterly bonus plan. Base salary in the U.S. is between $120,000 and $145,000 USD. Base salary in Canada is between $145,000 and $165,000 CAD.
