Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic leader in value-based care, focusing on quality initiatives within the Mid-Atlantic region.
  • Collaborate with population health, performance management, and clinical leadership teams to enhance value-based care execution.
  • Lead the implementation and oversight of population health programs aimed at advancing practices into value-based models.
  • Manage teams responsible for clinical quality and population health advisory services.
  • Align clinical quality goals with contractual obligations and identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • Act as the primary internal expert on clinical quality metrics and reporting standards.
  • Drive strategic initiatives that improve population health outcomes, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
  • Supervise staff in executing localized strategies to meet quality and health targets.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges affecting team performance and workflow efficiency.
  • Engage physician leaders to promote adoption of new care models and strengthen collaborative relationships.
  • Assist teams in creating tailored strategies, action plans, and priorities for regional and pod-level execution.
  • Develop and deploy workflows that support achievement of quality benchmarks, including HEDIS measure documentation.
  • Coordinate with payers and internal payer-facing teams to advance clinical quality objectives.
