Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain detailed social media strategies that support the overall brand direction.
- Create social media-specific performance indicators and generate monthly analytics reports and post-campaign reviews to measure growth, engagement, and return on investment.
- Design content roadmaps and goals to maintain a steady flow of high-quality content across all owned digital platforms.
- Deliver data-driven insights on audience behavior and platform performance to help refine marketing messaging and expand reach.
- Oversee and authorize all social media content, ensuring compliance with brand standards, safety policies, and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with Community and Influencer teams to build coordinated social media launch plans and detailed execution timelines.
- Lead and develop a team of 2 to 5 direct reports, managing their day-to-day activities and career progression.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows to enhance the speed and efficiency of content production and publishing.
