About the Role

The role involves leading growth marketing strategy, managing high-impact campaigns, and leveraging analytics to identify and execute scalable acquisition and engagement tactics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of growth marketing strategies
  • Design and manage performance marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Use data analytics to identify customer acquisition opportunities
  • Optimize conversion funnels across the user journey
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on growth experiments
  • Manage A/B testing frameworks to improve campaign performance
  • Develop audience segmentation models for targeted outreach
  • Oversee budget allocation for maximum ROI
  • Track and report on KPIs including CAC, LTV, and ROAS
  • Partner with creative teams to produce high-converting assets
  • Evaluate new marketing platforms and technologies
  • Scale successful pilot campaigns across regions
  • Ensure brand consistency in all growth initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with sales and product teams
  • Drive customer retention and lifecycle marketing efforts
  • Implement marketing automation workflows
  • Monitor competitive landscape and adapt strategy accordingly
  • Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Manage external agency relationships
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Support international expansion through localized campaigns
  • Develop go-to-market plans for new product features
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making
  • Lead onboarding and training for new growth team members
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to inform future strategies
