Responsibilities
- Direct the long-term strategy for ERP systems architecture and deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of large-scale system transformations
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and business units to define system requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party implementation partners
- Ensure ERP solutions support compliance, security, and audit standards
- Oversee system integration between ERP and other enterprise platforms
- Drive change management and user adoption strategies during system transitions
- Monitor performance metrics and system reliability post-implementation
- Guide process optimization aligned with ERP capabilities
- Develop roadmaps for system upgrades and technology enhancements
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy across platforms
- Lead testing protocols, including user acceptance and regression testing
- Coordinate training programs for system users and administrators
- Evaluate emerging technologies for potential ERP integration
- Support budget planning and financial oversight for ERP initiatives
