Responsibilities
- Guide and develop a team of copywriters and strategists, promoting curiosity, craftsmanship, teamwork, and responsibility.
- Oversee concept creation for campaigns, working closely with art directors and designers to produce diverse, strategy-driven creative directions.
- Transform project briefs into compelling creative concepts that align with a clear vision and support business and brand goals.
- Enforce a disciplined creative workflow, bringing organization and precision to briefing, ideation, feedback, and execution phases.
- Partner with creative directors, designers, marketers, product teams, and stakeholders to build AI-powered creative systems that improve speed and maintain quality.
- Produce and supervise copy across multiple platforms, including advertising campaigns, video scripts, brand language, product messaging, customer lifecycle content, and retail experiences.
- Build cohesive messaging architectures and narratives that enable consistent, full-funnel brand storytelling.
- Improve creative output by delivering specific, constructive feedback and strategic direction.
- Manage the review and approval process, clearly articulating and defending creative decisions to senior leaders.
- Safeguard brand integrity by ensuring uniformity in voice, tone, and messaging across all channels and materials.
