Responsibilities
- Create and oversee a unified enterprise knowledge system for proposal content, messaging, and program details.
- Build content architectures ready for AI, including metadata standards, taxonomies, and governance to enhance findability and reuse.
- Drive deployment and oversight of AI-powered tools for proposal creation, content production, and knowledge organization.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and experts to gather current business insights and convert them into structured, reusable knowledge.
- Implement processes for managing content throughout its lifecycle, including validation, updates, archiving, and quality control.
- Design metrics and analytics to track content usage, proposal performance, AI integration, search efficiency, and proposal turnaround speed.
