Responsibilities
- You will drive acquisition, and successfully onboard new strategic partners in line with our growth strategy across France.
- You will take full commercial ownership of selected French accounts, ensuring the achievement of sales and margin targets.
- You will develop and execute tailored, holistic joint business plans fully aligned with our overall company objectives and growth ambitions.
- You will build and nurture long-term partnerships with our key partners, driving high customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.
- You will analyze market, sales, and customer data to identify opportunities, define clear action plans, and accelerate performance.
- You will partner closely with internal teams (Sales Coordinator, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics) to deliver seamless execution.
- You will work alongside a high-performing team, share best practices, and strive for collective success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG/CPG industry, ideally with full ownership of national grocery retail accounts.
- Confidence in leading annual negotiations and pricing discussions.
- Knowledge of the basic structures and dynamics of the French grocery retail landscape.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Clear commercial mindset.
- Consistent track record of delivering against sales and margin targets.
- Hands-on and team player attitude, proactively driving initiatives across functions.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
- Valid driver’s license (B) and willingness to travel regularly.
