Working within an Agile team structure, you will lead full stack development efforts, guide code quality through reviews and best practices, and mentor junior developers to foster team growth. Responsibilities
- Design and develop software as part of a new, long-term development initiative from the ground up
- Contribute as a full stack developer on a greenfield project with end-to-end development responsibilities
- Build and maintain applications using Java and integrated development tools such as Eclipse and JBoss
- Guide and support junior developers through mentorship and knowledge sharing
- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices
- Provide technical leadership within an Agile team setting
Requirements
- Proven senior-level experience in Java development
