What You'll Do

  • Provide advanced technical support for integration-related issues and complex system configurations.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated support tickets, ensuring minimal client impact.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams and external partners on integration best practices.
  • Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base to improve team efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior-level technical support or integration engineering role.
  • Deep understanding of software integrations, APIs, data exchange protocols, and technical troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex, multi-system issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
