What You'll Do
- Provide advanced technical support for integration-related issues and complex system configurations.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated support tickets, ensuring minimal client impact.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams and external partners on integration best practices.
- Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base to improve team efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior-level technical support or integration engineering role.
- Deep understanding of software integrations, APIs, data exchange protocols, and technical troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex, multi-system issues.
