Responsibilities
- Serve as the main representative for security matters during customer interactions involving incidents, findings, inquiries, and security-related cases.
- Take ownership of security issues on the platform, including triage, investigation, response, and timely updates to ensure resolution and improved customer experience.
- Act as the central contact for all security concerns, providing support to both internal teams and external clients.
- Streamline the handling of security incidents by coordinating with customers and internal departments.
- Maintain strong customer confidence through clear, proactive communication and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage outreach efforts related to security updates and lead escalations when necessary.
- Apply capability maturity frameworks to assess and refine security operations.
- Improve security documentation and operational workflows to advance organizational maturity.
- Design and deliver training programs on security awareness and best practices for internal and external audiences.
- Build AI-powered tools to automate routine tasks and create innovative security solutions.
- Collaborate with legal teams on privacy and security issues while working across multiple time zones, requiring flexible scheduling.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, providing after-hours support on weekends, holidays, and outside standard business hours as scheduled.
