Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to top-level executives
- Work alongside business leaders to shape and implement people strategies that support global goals and operational targets
- Use comprehensive knowledge of the business and data-informed insights to convert organizational demands into effective talent, engagement, and workforce planning initiatives
- Lead enterprise and division-level talent programs, including performance evaluation, leadership growth, succession planning, talent development, and global rewards execution
- Coordinate with People Experience teams, centers of expertise, and regional HR partners to implement tailored and scalable HR solutions
- Lead and support change initiatives focused on improving culture, inclusion, leadership capacity, and employee engagement
- Provide coaching and development guidance to managers and leaders to enhance leadership performance and overall organizational effectiveness
