Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable testing frameworks for frontend and backend systems
- Improve developer experience by streamlining test execution and feedback loops
- Collaborate with engineers to identify and resolve testing bottlenecks

- Own end-to-end test reliability across multiple services
- Integrate testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines
- Diagnose and fix flaky or slow tests impacting development velocity
- Advocate for best practices in automated testing across teams
- Develop dashboards to monitor test coverage and failure trends
- Work with infrastructure teams to optimize test environments
- Create reusable test utilities and libraries
- Support onboarding of new services into the testing ecosystem
- Evaluate and adopt new testing technologies and methodologies
- Ensure testing tools are accessible and well-documented
- Drive improvements in test speed and parallelization
- Partner with product teams to align test strategy with release cycles
