Black Crow AI is looking for a Sr Fullstack Engineer to play a strategic role in defining technical architecture and delivering features for internal tools and backoffice systems within a complex logistics platform. You will lead initiatives, mentor peers, and shape the future of these systems.
What You'll Do
- Lead the implementation of robust frontend modules and micro-frontends for the internal platform.
- Design and maintain backend architecture and logic using Node.js, Express, and MySQL.
- Participate in system design discussions and technical decision-making.
- Propose and implement improvements across the entire stack with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Ensure code quality by following best practices, reviews, and automated tests.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Operations teams to understand and solve real user problems.
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a fullstack developer.
- Proficiency in Node.js and Express, including asynchronous design and REST APIs.
- Strong command of React.js (Context API, hooks, custom components, state management).
- Solid experience with MySQL.
- Experience integrating map libraries (Google Maps, Mapbox).
- Comfortable working with Firebase for storage.
- Knowledge of AWS (S3, Lambda).
- Ability to architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Fluency in writing clean, testable, and well-documented code.
- Good communication, teamwork, and proactive attitude.
- Availability for on-call rotation, covering night shifts and high-demand periods.
- Flexibility to work paid overtime in case of technical incidents.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge and use of Typescript.
- Experience with logistics or complex operational platforms.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
