Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust backend services using Python and create responsive user interfaces with React, maintaining strong contributions across both frontend and backend layers.
- Work closely with senior engineers and product managers to shape and improve the technical architecture of new product initiatives.
- Take full ownership of features, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support from initial concept to live production.
- Write thorough unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure system stability and high code quality.
- Convert business objectives and product specifications into efficient, scalable technical implementations.
- Anticipate technical obstacles and lead effective solutions independently with little supervision.
- Participate in defining system architecture, coding standards, and best practices for software development.
- Remain flexible and productive in a dynamic, agile environment where priorities may shift rapidly.
- Explain complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders.
- Perform additional tasks as needed and assigned.
