Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Sr. Full Stack Software Developer to play a central role in building and scaling web-based products that protect digital identities. You will contribute to a modern architecture stack, solve complex technical problems, and help shape the future of our privacy-first platform.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain front-end and back-end components of cloud-based web applications.
- Solve complex technical challenges across the full application stack, ensuring performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions.
- Participate in architecture planning, technical reviews, and code quality initiatives.
- Interface directly with clients, contributing to both product innovation and implementation.
- Stay up to date with evolving development tools, frameworks, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Active Secret Clearance
- 5+ years of progressive software development experience in a full stack role
- Proficient in C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Skilled in frameworks and platforms including .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Core MVC
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning abilities
- Proven experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle
Nice to Have
- Top Secret Clearance
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
