This role involves leading technical development on a product-focused engineering team, delivering robust and user-friendly healthcare solutions through full-stack expertise and close collaboration with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable features across frontend and backend systems
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Own end-to-end development of key product components
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality
- Integrate with third-party healthcare data systems
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy standards
- Optimize application for speed and reliability
- Work closely with designers to implement intuitive user interfaces
- Support deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes
- Monitor production systems and respond to incidents
- Contribute to architectural decisions and system design
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge
- Stay current with evolving web technologies and frameworks
