Element Solutions is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to contribute to a significant state contract opportunity. In this senior role, you will apply your full stack expertise to develop and maintain critical applications for public sector use.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications for a state government contract
- Translate complex requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions
- Lead development efforts and ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver features that meet public sector specifications
- Mentor other developers and promote best practices within the team
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional full stack development experience
- Proven experience building and deploying production web applications
- Strong understanding of both frontend and backend architecture and design patterns
- Experience working on government contracts or in regulated environments
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage project priorities
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be eligible to work on a state contract and available for collaboration during standard business hours.
