Element Solutions is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to contribute to a significant state contract opportunity. In this senior role, you will apply your full stack expertise to develop and maintain critical applications for public sector use.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications for a state government contract
Translate complex requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions
Lead development efforts and ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver features that meet public sector specifications
Mentor other developers and promote best practices within the team

What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional full stack development experience
Proven experience building and deploying production web applications
Strong understanding of both frontend and backend architecture and design patterns
Experience working on government contracts or in regulated environments
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage project priorities

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be eligible to work on a state contract and available for collaboration during standard business hours.
