Responsibilities
- Build and maintain advanced proficiency in the Workday Financials suite, including Core Financials, Prism Analytics, Reporting, Accounting Center, and Adaptive Planning, serving as a go-to expert for system functionality and upgrades
- Design and implement Alteryx workflows to automate data processing, reconciliation, and financial reporting tasks across systems
- Apply AI-driven and rule-based automation techniques to enhance efficiency in financial processes within Workday and connected platforms
- Work cross-functionally with Controllership, Audit, IT, and business units to define requirements and deliver sustainable system solutions
- Convert business objectives into well-defined functional and technical specifications
- Deliver ongoing support for financial systems, including troubleshooting, user assistance, and identifying opportunities for enhancement
- Configure, validate, and roll out system updates, including Workday settings and integration points
- Build and manage integrations and automated data pipelines connecting enterprise systems
- Maintain high data accuracy and consistency using automated checks, reconciliation methods, and prompt issue resolution
- Evaluate current workflows and data movement patterns to detect inefficiencies and deploy standardized, automated alternatives
- Lead or contribute to small and mid-sized projects using Agile practices to ensure timely, quality outcomes
- Produce and update documentation for system setups, process flows, and operational procedures, collaborating with teams to refine policies
Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day support for financial systems, including issue resolution, user support, and continuous improvement
- Configure, test, and deploy system changes, including Workday configurations and integrations
- Develop and maintain system integrations and automated data pipelines across enterprise platforms
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through automated validations, reconciliations, and issue resolution
- Analyze existing processes and data flows to identify inefficiencies and implement standardized, automated solutions
- Lead or support small-to-medium projects using Agile methodology, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and business processes, and partner with teams to update policies and procedures
