EX Squared is hiring a Sr. Finance Director to provide strategic leadership and direction for our financial operations. This senior role will be pivotal in shaping financial strategy, driving analysis, and ensuring fiscal integrity.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies and long-range plans.
- Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage cash flow, capital structure, and investment strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide business decisions.
- Establish and maintain robust internal financial controls and risk management frameworks.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), strategic planning, and corporate finance.
- Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams in a complex environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
