- Meet genomics sales targets for the regions of Tamil Nadu and Kerala
- Build and oversee effective distribution channels to support sales growth
- Create innovative sales and marketing plans tailored to the assigned territory
- Gather insights from customers and market trends, and relay findings to internal teams
- Evaluate sales performance data, conduct periodic forecasts, and submit reports to regional management
- Conduct field visits to new and existing clients to showcase services and strengthen brand visibility, with 80% monthly travel requirement
- Engage customers through outbound calls, email outreach, and in-person meetings to secure sales
- Foster and maintain lasting client relationships to support repeat business and customer satisfaction
