Contentstack was looking for a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive-DACH

Contentstack is looking for a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive to drive business growth in the DACH region. You will identify, build, and nurture new customer relationships to achieve and exceed sales targets in the composable DXP space.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for your territory to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Initiate meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and pain points to tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Work closely with a Business Development Representative to find and develop new opportunities.
  • Leverage Contentstack Partners to discover and run co-sell opportunities.
  • Qualify and drive opportunities using the MEDDPICC methodology.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Work closely with sales-engineering and cross-functional teams to develop and present compelling proposals.
  • Stay ahead on market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, forecasts, and performance data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Keep CRM up to date and provide regular updates to management on sales performance, strategies, and market insights.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software or technology sales in a New Business role.
  • Enterprise SaaS experience within a fast-paced, high-growth business.
  • Demonstrable experience in strategic selling: strategy, relationship and organization mapping, etc.
  • Native German speaker fluent in English.
  • Experience leveraging Business Development Representatives.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline in DACH territories.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota (top 10% of your company) in past positions.
  • Demonstrated an upwards trajectory of performance against individual direct sales quotas of $1M+.

Nice to Have

  • Sales Methodology training and strong customer references.
  • Experienced in account analysis methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • A bachelor’s or university degree.
  • Experience with the content management industry.
  • MACH tech stack experience.
