Responsibilities
- Act as a technical authority on product security, working closely with development teams to detect, analyze, trace, resolve, verify, and mitigate security flaws.
- Promote secure coding practices and advocate for automated tools to reduce and eliminate vulnerabilities.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies in cybersecurity to enhance internal development standards.
- Leverage advanced vulnerability discovery tools to identify security weaknesses across large codebases.
- Track evolving threats, security flaws, and intelligence reports to evaluate potential impacts on existing products.
