Responsibilities
- Support leadership decisions by extracting meaningful insights to enhance product offerings and identify areas needing attention.
- Convert inquiries from Product and Engineering teams into defined metrics, analytical models, and visual reporting tools.
- Work with multiple departments to establish key performance indicators related to product adoption, user engagement, system performance, and customer impact.
- Create robust and scalable data pipelines for collecting and processing product usage and adoption data.
- Handle diverse data sources by building ETL workflows and designing modern data models using current best practices.
- Play a key role in shaping data architecture and helping stakeholders turn product-related questions into quantifiable measures.
- Demonstrate initiative, continuous learning, and strong communication skills.
- Take full ownership of data workflows from ingestion through to presentation of finalized metrics.
- Build ETL processes to aggregate data from disparate sources and generate insights across product domains.
- Construct and manage data warehouses for storing high-volume metrics and datasets.
- Engage with various internal product teams to clarify business objectives and convert them into measurable data points.
- Design and maintain data visualizations that clearly convey analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Deploy visualization platforms to meet team needs and ensure metrics are presented clearly and uniformly.
- Assist in setting up monitoring systems and configuring uptime alerts for managed services.
- Ensure systems operate reliably and efficiently, including ongoing performance tuning and stability improvements.
- Create automated checks for data validation to maintain long-term data accuracy and consistency.
