Intuitive is hiring a Sr Endoluminal Market Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify, motivate, and train physicians to use the Ion Endoluminal system.
• Assist physicians and hospital staff to maximize system, consumable, and software performance.
• Conduct sales presentations, technology demonstrations, peer-to-peer events, procedure observations, training labs, procedure support, and hospital care team training.
• Develop deep clinical expertise in pulmonary and bronchoscopy specialties.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and physicians to create and implement operational plans for integrating the Ion Endoluminal system, ensuring consistent and repeatable usage.
• Collect critical user and procedural data to establish effective benchmarking metrics.
• Partner with the Sales Manager, Program Manager (EPM), and marketing team to build successful Ion programs through clinical, economic, and strategic validation.
