Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of automated testing systems used for functional validation, environmental stress testing, and final manufacturing verification.
- Evaluate test outcomes to detect failure patterns, conduct root cause analysis, and implement design enhancements.
- Develop, carry out, and review test documentation including plans, procedures, and final reports.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure testing phases are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Advance testing infrastructure, methodologies, and operational practices through ongoing refinement.
