Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Sr. Director, Solutions Advisory to lead the full lifecycle of technical products from evaluation to support. In this pivotal role, you will translate organizational needs into technology-driven solutions, optimize user engagement, and influence our long-term technology roadmap, all within a mission-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead the full lifecycle of technical products: assess business needs, manage product selection, pilot, launch, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including technical experts, finance, and end-users to align product vision with business goals.
- Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder communication.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation and user training materials.
- Facilitate requirements workshops and gather user feedback to enhance usability and adoption.
- Track usage metrics, troubleshoot adoption challenges, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Evaluate vendor offerings and contribute to the development of a long-term technology vision aligned with organizational strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of leadership experience in product lifecycle management, technical project implementation, or UX/UI-focused roles.
- Strong background in business analysis and change management, with a proven record of translating requirements into scalable tech solutions.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across departments and functions.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple initiatives autonomously.
- Familiarity with product usage analytics, user personas, and stakeholder presentations.
- Passionate about leveraging AI and emerging technologies to address enterprise-level challenges.
Nice to Have
- Experience in education or workforce development is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $105,000 – $110,000 annually
