Netomi is hiring a Sr. Director of Revenue Operations

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end forecasting for bookings, renewals, and retention in collaboration with sales, finance, customer success, services, and marketing executives
  • Develop and maintain transparent forecasting methods, reporting standards, and review processes to enhance predictability and decision-making
  • Provide executive insights on forecast risks, opportunities, trends, and performance drivers
  • Support annual planning, capacity modeling, and scenario analysis to guide growth and investment strategies
  • Collaborate with go-to-market leadership to design territory and coverage models based on market potential, customer segments, and business goals
  • Manage the annual quota-setting process and adjust quotas during the year as needed
  • Track performance trends and suggest changes to improve fairness, efficiency, and coverage effectiveness
  • Oversee pipeline reporting and health metrics across regions, customer segments, and sales stages
  • Create dashboards and KPIs that provide leadership with visibility into funnel performance, conversion rates, sales cycle trends, renewals, expansion, and sales rep productivity
  • Work with sales and marketing leaders to maintain consistent weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline reviews
  • Turn data insights into actionable strategies that improve pipeline generation, conversion, and overall go-to-market execution
  • Partner with customer success, delivery, and services teams to enhance visibility into renewal timelines, customer health, churn risk, and expansion potential
  • Help define and implement metrics linking implementation quality, time-to-value, and service delivery to long-term customer retention
  • Support lifecycle reporting and analysis to inform retention strategies and customer growth planning
  • Serve as primary business owner for CRM and the broader go-to-market technology ecosystem, including tools for forecasting, pipeline management, customer success, and reporting
  • Enhance data accuracy, process design, workflow automation, and system governance across revenue teams
  • Collaborate with IT, finance, and business units to ensure systems enable scalable, efficient, and well-documented operations
  • Drive standardization of core go-to-market workflows from opportunity creation to renewal reporting and service coordination
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team in analytics, process improvement, systems, and planning
  • Act as a strategic partner to go-to-market and executive leadership, translating business strategy into measurable operational plans
  • Foster cross-functional alignment and establish operating rhythms that increase accountability and execution speed
  • Support executive reporting, board readiness, and strategic initiatives focused on revenue performance and go-to-market effectiveness
